So the end of the year has come again. Made By Momo, one of the blogs I follow, asked us to post one of our favorite things we've made this past year. How am I suppose to pick just one? Here are just a few of my favorite items from this past year.
1) Madelyn's Album - Title Page
I absolutely love my friends and this particular friend has one of the most adorable kids I've ever seen. I've been making a scrapbook for her as she's grown up. This page came about so quickly, I literally just threw things on it.
2) Another page from Madelyn's Album - Simply Fall
Yet another page that sort of just came together. These pictures are from their family photo session. One of the pictures had falling leaves in them and I knew I had paper that would match perfectly.
3) Lastly, Operation W.A. (Wedding Album)
When one of my best friends announced she was going to be getting married. I knew immediately what I had to do. Start a wedding scrapbook. She doesn't know about it yet (she will once she reads this), but I absolutely love how this page turned out!!
I hope you've enjoyed some of my favorite things of 2010. Best wishes to you and your loved ones as you enter into the new year.

Relocated Craft Space
Good Afternoon Everyone,
I've been cleaning up all morning and decided to move my craft space from dining room table to a more reasonable spot. A lot of last minute changes have been happening around my house and I needed to adapt to them. Now my stuff is upstairs in the office. I will be using the desk where our computer is for now until I can decide on what type of table to get. I definitely need something with storage and a nice large workspace. Sound like a trip to IKEA!!!
So my super duper man-friend (doesn't sound right to call him a boyfriend when we are both in our 30s) actually listened to me when I told him what I wanted for Christmas. He sent me to Wal-Mart, with his credit card, on Black Friday to get it....want to see what IT is?
Isn't she beautiful? It's my brand new Cricut Expression!! He calls it the Mantis. ;-) Well I'm off to continue to organize my stuff and hopefully will have a project up for you in the next couple of days.

Hello!
So I've taken the plunge and decided to start posting blogs about my crafting. I didn't want to narrow this blog down to just scrapbooking or card making which is my primary hobby. In fact, I'm quite the crafter.
I started so long ago with cross stitching. Then in college me and my uber-crafty roommate started painting trinkets. Eventually I started with scrapbooking. I worked at A.C. Moore for almost 4 years and while there I dove into many other things. I learned how to knit and crochet. Since I've always loved to bake, I took the cake decorating classes. Needless to say, I do it ALL.
Please be patient with me as I begin on this new adventure. Until the next post...
